- Review and approve the minutes from the March meeting (Julie)

- Ty seconded the motion
- Glance at the budget (Matt)
- We are looking good for the 10% carry over for next year
- Review SIP data (Matt)
- Better reporting shows in the behavior numbers
- Attendance looked similar to last month
- Discuss ideas of a focus for our CC (Ty)
- Presented items to Frank
- Full Time prep teachers- it has been talked about for years. But finding other ways to support them in the way it can be done (training and supports)]
- Increased unstructured time- great conversation about schedule and ways to see if we can have an increase of this
- AI Usage- doing great with what we are doing to make sure kids are safe with AI- not for elementary school though

- Computer access for the students- not just elementary but being told what their child will have access to when they have the chromebooks or technology
