Agenda Topics

• Review and approve the minutes from the May and October meetings (Julie) 
  • Motioned: Ty Fenn

• Glance at the budget (Matt) 
  • Sub Days were used for 5 team days; This will be subtracted from the budge
  • Equipment: Faculty will review inventory and decide what needs to be purchased
  • This will include new iPads & some new computers
• Review SIP data (Matt) 
  • Reviewed updated Data from January & February
  • Behavior Referrals: Kindergarten (3 students) 3^rd Grade ( 1 student)
• Review bylaws  (Matt) 
  • Council read and approved Bylaws

• Reunification Plan Discussion (Matt)
  • Drill is done with all faculty
  • Reunification guide is in emergency kits in each classroom
  • Matt will email Reunification Guide to faculty to make it more accessible per Julie’s suggestion
  • Council agreed to keep the same reunification spot
  • Administration will send out an alert on Parent Square if needed, as it would be useful for parents to know the concept of the Reunification Plan
  • Can pick up consent be uploaded to Parent Square? – Julie (As this would make pick up a smoother process for everyone)
• Public Input (Julie)
  • Vending Machine: Books are now in the Vending Machine
  • Sutdents receive tokens to get books from the vending machine
  • Tokens can be received by completing the 30 book challenge and having the Y badge
  • Create an educational goal to earn tokens – Amy Olsen
  • What is the time frame students can go to vending machines to get the books? -Denisse Solorio
  • Fall Clean Up was a success; About 70 families attended
  • Food Drive Goal is 1750 items; currently have 1225 items. Matt will eat the meal from “Elf” the movie if school meets it’s goal
